I was told by my jeweler that the GIA certified loose diamond I was contemplating to buy is not a good deal.

This is because, it is not a true fancy diamond, despite what the shop tried to promote it as.

I am pretty disappointed that such 'marketing' of inferior diamonds as fancy diamonds exist!
